Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and mailed the next business day.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Availability of products is not guaranteed.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Signature is required unless you note otherwise.
Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (9.25%).
Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-14 days from the order date.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.
Nan Collymore is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL.
